Our primary product is shear cut tubular part, produced on Four Slide Machines with no scrap between parts. End configurations include: flared, flanged, reduced, expanded, knurled, flattened, and pierced and can be in conjunction with: bulged, corseted or inside radius on both ends for smooth entry.

Parts are burr free and can be tumbled to remove sharp edges.

Our parameters are as follows: Diameter up to 1/2" OD X .040 Wall standard (larger on request). Lengths: Unlimited on ECG cuts. Alloys: Any workable material.
